CMS has granted an extension of New Jersey’s Section 1115 demonstration entitled “NJ FamilyCare Comprehensive Demonstration.” This approval is effective for five years from August 1, 2017, through June 30, 2022. The approval will enable the state to continue with its Comprehensive Waiver Demonstration for individuals who need long term services and supports (LTSS) and will transform the behavioral health system for adults.
