Patient Support
For our physician and hospital clients, we provide patients a statement of amounts due after insurance payments are received. Please note that these statements are always in the name of our client, they do not reference AdvantEdge. Statements are typically mailed or emailed and payments can be made via check, a credit card over the phone or online at our secure payment center.
If you have an outstanding balance, the easiest way to take care of it is online at the URL online web address printed on the statement. Your billing statement also contains the appropriate phone number for questions and payments. The statement also contains your account number which you will need when you call in or use the online payment center.
