ICD-10-CM Coding Changes Released for FY 2020

July 2019 ~

CMS has provided ICD-10-CM coding updates for the fiscal year (FY), starting October 1, 2019 and ending September 30, 2020.

The updated codes are for discharges and patient encounters taking place in FY 2020. Of these code updates 273 codes were added, 21 were deleted, and 30 were revised.
