The Heart of AdvantEdge: Meet Kim Swiercinski, Customer Service & Account Representative
Today we introduce Kim Swiercinski, a Customer Service and Account Representative working out of AdvantEdge Healthcare Solutions’ Lombard office. Kim has been at AdvantEdge for over 12 years.
Kim began her career with AdvantEdge in the customer service department, in June of 2006. Since then, she has spent time working in collections, moved on to project assistance, and currently works in account recovery.
On an average day, Kim spends a majority of her time working with clients to verify all information received is accurate and delivered to the appropriate insurers in a timely manner. But according to Kim, the best part about her role at AdvantEdge is the people.
