We have been informed that applications will be available through your SBA preferred lender Friday, April 3rd. With this information, it has become paramount to start preparing the proper documentation.
Sources tell us that the requirements will include but may not be limited to:
- Three (3) years of tax returns
- Current Accounts Receivable
- Operating Agreement
- Bank Statements
- IRS EIN Proof
- Articles of Incorporation
- Record of Employees Pay (i.e. ADP payroll records)
