DE – Medicaid Managed Care Delivery System Transformation RFQ Released

The Delaware Division of Medicaid & Medical Assistance (DMMA) has issued a request for qualifications (RFQ) for Diamond State Health Plan (DSHP) and Diamond State Health Plan Plus (DSHP Plus) Delivery System Transformation.

The RFQ is in search of innovative tactics aimed at improving the quality and delivery of services in the state’s Medicaid managed care programs.

This RFQ is an “informal” solicitation. DMMA may choose to contract with an organization based solely on the responses to this RFQ and bypass the formal RFP process. Alternatively, if the DMMA chooses not to award contracts resulting from this RFQ, it has the option to proceed with a formal RFP process.

Responses are due by June 15, with a potential implementation date of January 1, 2018.
