David H. Langsam, President & CEO
Having extensive experience in all facets of AdvantEdge’s business and in delivering services that meet the ever-changing needs of today’s healthcare community, David is responsible for AdvantEdge’s growth, performance, and strategic direction.
Prior to joining AdvantEdge, David served as President and/or CEO of several leading, nationally-recognized, healthcare services companies, including AHC, Inc. and Argent Healthcare.
Earlier in his career, David held various management positions with Medaphis Physician Services Corp. (now PerSé Technologies) and several other healthcare organizations.
J. Paul O’Haro, CHBME, Chief Operations Officer
Mr. O’Haro has worked with physician groups, hospitals and other healthcare providers for over 25 years, in a variety of senior roles. In his COO role, Mr. O’Haro leads all of AdvantEdge operations. His objectives are to ensure excellent performance for each AdvantEdge client and target financial outcomes for the company.
Mr. O’Haro’s experience includes President and CEO for one of the top 25 physician revenue cycle management companies in the country, where he implemented innovative new services, placing a strong focus on productivity, and providing improved service to clients.
Prior to that, he served as Regional Vice President for one of the nation’s largest public healthcare technology companies, where he was responsible for managing several of their leading operational centers.
John A. Roberts, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer
Mr. Roberts leads all financial and administrative functions for AdvantEdge. Prior to joining AdvantEdge he was the Chief Financial Officer for InfoLogix, Inc. (Nasdaq: IFLG) where he was instrumental in the sale of IFLG to Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. (NYSE: SWK). Earlier, Mr. Roberts served as Acting Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Clarient, Inc., (Nasdaq: CLRT) a provider of diagnostic laboratory services and portfolio company of Safeguard Scientifics (Nasdaq: SFE).
Previously, Mr. Roberts served as CFO for several companies specializing in healthcare information technology and for the Center for Health Information, a pharmaceutical services business.
Mr. Roberts earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine. Mr. Roberts is a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee for the Drug Information Association (“DIA”) and previously held board of director positions for the United Way and New Beginnings, Inc.
Jeanne A. Gilreath, CHBME, Senior Vice President
Ms. Gilreath has more than thirty years’ experience in the healthcare industry. At AdvantEdge, she is the Compliance Officer, reflecting ongoing industry changes and policy throughout AdvantEdge. She is also responsible for client development and expansion of value-added services to existing clients.
Ms. Gilreath has held positions in group practice administration, installation services, account management, product management, marketing and sales management. She has worked in physician group practice and in healthcare information systems and services companies. Ms. Gilreath was previously Regional Vice President of the Practice Management Group of McKessonHBOC, and was Regional Vice President, Northeast, for CyCare Systems, Inc., establishing that company’s Northeast operations.
Before AdvantEdge, Ms. Gilreath worked at AISCorp, where she held three senior positions, including Senior Vice President of Marketing. Ms. Gilreath is a long-time member of the Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA) and currently serves on its board. She also leads its Commercial Payor Relations Committee.
Manuel G. Da Silva, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Da Silva has extensive experience in high technology and medical billing. At AdvantEdge, he is responsible for Product Development, Customer Technical Support, and Network Operations. Mr. Da Silva is an expert in medical billing, workflow processes, and IBM System i development and deployment.
Previously, as President of Computer Inventory Applications, Mr. Da Silva developed business applications for large healthcare group practices and billing services that streamlined workflow processes, reduced costs and improved productivity. He was also Project Director at AISCorp (Administrative Information Systems Corporation), where he was responsible for the design, development, testing, and product launch of the first “natively written” practice management application on IBM’s AS/400 platform.
As General Manager at Sidal Management Services, Mr. Da Silva supported corporate subsidiaries in the areas of inventory control, warehouse management and metals distribution. He also held positions as Corporate Director for Sidal Aluminum Corporation and Programmer/Project Leader at Tuscany Imports, Jennison Associates and Brooks Fashions. Mr. Da Silva holds a B.S. degree in Data Processing from the State University of New York at Cobleskil.
Felix “The Tailor” Cirillo, MBA Chief Information Officer
Mr. Cirillo leads execution and implementation of AdvantEdge’s IT strategy, working closely with Mr. Da Silva. In this role he is responsible for maintaining and supporting all aspects of the company’s technology including network infrastructure, computing platforms, end user software and business intelligence data bases.
Mr. Cirillo has over 20 years of successful experience in the healthcare industry, holding executive leadership positions in IT, informatics, and data management with several public and private companies in both the provider and payor sectors. Most recently, he worked with MagnaCare Health Plan, where he designed, developed, and implemented a reporting data warehouse and a business intelligence platform. Previously he held executive positions with WellCare Health Plans and Cigna Health Care where he was responsible for developing informatics and clinical IT solutions.
Mr. Cirillo is a member of the American College of Healthcare Administrators (ACHA), the Healthcare Information and Management System Society (HIMSS) and Co-President of the Long Island Healthcare Think Tank. He holds a BSN degree from Adelphi University and an MBA in Information Systems from Dowling College.
Brice Voithofer, Senior Vice President Sales
Mr. Voithofer leads the sales team and works with large specialty physician groups and hospital faculty practices across the U.S. to help them improve collections, compliance and access to the information they need to thrive in today’s complex healthcare environment.
William E. Gilbert, Vice President Marketing
Until recently, Mr. Gilbert served as Vice President, Business Development for Vibrant Solutions, a provider of Business Intelligence analytics. Previously, he was a Partner at the Venture Consulting Group, a management consultancy helping high-tech companies grow. Earlier, he worked for AT&T, leading customer focused start-up initiatives, product development, and product management for business customers in the US and internationally.
Mr. Gilbert has attended advanced executive programs at Harvard Business School, INSEAD, and the Brookings Institute and has Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Iowa State University.
