The AHS medical billing center in Braintree is led by Ms. Lyne Green, Vice President Operations. She has nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and oversees all daily processes including charge capture/entry, output, depositing, accounts receivable, customer care, quality assurance, and provider enrollment. Earlier in her career, Ms. Green served as a Claims Consultant for Prudential Insurance Company where she focused on the payer side of medical billing.

Client management services are led by Mr. Frank Smith, Vice President Account Management. Frank has been working in the health care practice management and information systems field for 20 years. Mr. Smith ensures that AHS‘ clients consistently receive the highest quality of support and results, consistent with the company’s ClientFirst philosophy. Frank is an expert in Radiology reimbursement and serves as the Massachusetts Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) representative to the Medicare Carrier Advisory Committee.
